You are confused??? i dont know if i am coming or going..lol head full of numbers,recipes orders,menus,health inspection,low quality kitchen help…head is throbbing..pulsating..imploding….lol 🙂

It sure is and is more difficult because i need skilled and open minded cook as I cook very different then the usual cuisine..:-)
