Doom….

Sometimes in life you need to steer

toward the hard decisions.

You gather your thoughts, create your path

and aim with planned precision.

Things look bad and sometimes worse

just before the storm,

but life is full of challenges

the hard ones, just the norm.

Running away from things that hurt

and problems every day,

is not what life is all about,

don’t look the other way.

Stand up proud and face the doom

no matter what it brings,

for these are life’s great victories

that earn the angels wings.
