Nightly visitor….

Last night before sleeping discovered this insect on the ceiling of the bedroom..I had no idea what it was (well thought it was related to a centipede) and googled about the 28 legs..and was right it is a house centipede.
unfortunately I squashed it when trying to capture it to put outside ๐ฆ

No..its not dangerous to humans really ..they cannot bite through our skin..but they have a stinger which can give a little prick sometimes..i rather have this in the house then a spider ๐ there is a link in the post where you can read more about this hunter ๐

Hmm, sounds like a good neighbor to me. If only they looked a little more attractive, say, like a butterfly, maybe ๐
